Q. - Can package be sent on days other than shipping dates?
A. Starting on November 17th packages can be sent out of the farm daily.
Q. If you visit the farm and purchase an item, can it be shipped?
A. Yes, all items purchased, trees, wreaths, and gift shoppe items can be shipped from the farm with proper address information on hand.
Q. How is the tree measured?

Q. How many days does it take to get my tree by Fedex?
Q. When I open my tree box and take the tree out, needles drop out of the box and off the bottom of the tree. Is there something wrong with my tree.
A. It is a natural process for needles to drop off the tree and collect at the base of the tree. The tree is shaken prior to placement in the box, but there may be needles still caught in the tree.

Q. If I am coming to the farm as part of a Christmas package do I need reservations for the sleigh rides?
A. Yes, it is highly recommended that you call in advance for reservations. Reservations can be made as early as August 1st.
Q. If I am not participating in the Christmas package can I go on a sleigh ride?
A. The Inns who participate in the Package plan pay for the wagons. We have to allow space during the day for those people with plans to ride. Non-participating visitors can ride after 2 pm on Sunday.
